Many EFT websites do not give information about the effectiveness of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Many web sites seem more concerned about selling EFT as a service or product.

Although there is a good deal of anecdotal evidence concerning the effectiveness of EFT there seems to be little useful, easily accessible, research based information for those interested in finding out about EFT.

I believe that it is the receiver/user who is the most important person. It is they who, being in charge of their own life and health, decide to have, or continue to use EFT. The experience and views of this group should be very important to any practitioner using EFT.
